Jess is an amazing manager – not only does she do all our admin, fund raising and general running of the business. She is also a volunteer and steps in when required. Jess is an awesome, caring person who has amazing interpersonal skills. She is also a walking computer, fantastic source of information.
Jess is married with a working husband and has 3 young children. Jess works after hours to accommodate additional training and often speaks at other community organisations, explaining the role of CAB and their services to the community. She would definitely be an ideal recipient for this award.
