People4Success partners with the Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce to recognise Employees in their local community and is open to any employee who works in the Te Awamutu Courier readership area, is designed to recognise employee excellence.
The monthly awards is an ideal way to focus on the great things that happen every day in business and share the recognition with the whole community. We know that employers value their people and want to recognise the excellence whether it is in customer service, innovation, or skill.
This monthly award is about recognising the extra effort that people contribute in a positive way by celebrating their success.
People4Success was a logical partner to the awards as we are a company that works with clients in the local area to support people strategies. It is hard being an employer and often we are making tough decisions every day. This is a way for employers to show their people they value them and to celebrate their contribution.
The monthly winner of the Employee of the Month award will be presented with a restaurant voucher so they can celebrate their success with their nearest and dearest.

People4Success partners with the Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce to recognise Employees and People Managers in their local communities. This will run alongside the already popular Employee of the Month award which culminates in an annual Employee of the Year Award at the Waipa Business Awards.
The monthly awards is an ideal way to focus on the great things that happen every day in business and share the recognition with the whole community.
Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce CEO Kris Anderson said the Chamber is delighted to be part of this initiative and that it is a great opportunity for local employees to recognise their People Managers and it was a great way of demonstrating how Waipa and the Waikato is not only a great place to do business, it is a great place to work.
