With current farming interests and a background in corporate management, sales and marketing, Toni is well positioned to understand client perspectives and lead the P4S Consulting team.  Her experience in large-scale global businesses as well as the not for profit and small industry sectors, combined with the reality of running a farm in New Zealand, means Toni understands what it takes when it comes to making a business work, whatever the scale.

Debs is a well-respected, business-focussed professional experience in private and public sector environments across primary sector and general business.  She is recognised for her intuitive interpersonal skills and expertise delivering practical and strategy-based Human Resources (HR) and Health and Safety (H&S) solutions to improve staff engagement, company culture and business performance.

Megan Frandi - CONSULTANT

Megan brings a diverse range of generalist HR knowledge along with Health and Safety and compliance experience to her role.  She has a background in HR management in transport, retail, sales and farming. 

She utilises her experiences in large and small businesses across a variety of sectors to encourage employers to build the framework of best practice in terms of meeting their obligations as an employer coupled with open and genuine communication in the workplace. Her down to earth, practical approach enables her to offer advice to our clients on establishing a positive working culture and addressing issues before they escalate.

A wealth of experience in workplace health and safety including managing in-house systems with ACC WSMP accreditation also allows Megan to support and develop systems for businesses.

Meg comes from a working background in team building, predominantly in the events sector. With wide experience of co-ordinating and training roles in the social sector  Meg is passionate about developing and realising the potential of a work force and continues to be committed to this goal for P4S Consulting clients. 

Highly experienced in taking responsibility for the successful delivery of a project, Meg is adaptable and flexible in meeting and exceeding the needs of clients.

In the recruitment space, Meg’s people skills are invaluable when engaging with both employer and applicant providing flexible, speedy and friendly service.  Her natural ability to put people at ease allows her to gain insights and understanding crucial to getting the right outcome.

With a background in both public and private sectors Paula can easily relate to the problems faced by businesses in ensuring they meet their obligations to their teams.   From advice on what to pay, when, managing tricky payroll questions and how to translate Wages Act legislation into understandable actions, Paula has it covered.

Paula's career has spanned local government, construction and professional services industries and in her spare time she and her husband  run a successful (and award winning) building business and have interests in dairy farms in Australia.

Scott joined the P4S Consulting team after graduating with a Diploma in Small Business Management and International Tourism. With a number of customer-facing roles under his belt in businesses ranging from large retail to small not for profits, Scott is always looking for ways to improve things for clients.

As a Gen Z (or Generation Z or iGeneration or Post-Millenial - take your pick) Scott brings this perspective to our work and contributes new ways of thinking and working for both ourselves and our clients, ensuring we all benefit from the kind of diversity that will make us successful into the future.

Lee Astridge - FOUNDER

Lee is one of the founders of P4S Consulting.  She keeps oversight of the technical delivery aspects of business performance and supports the team with strategic advice.

Her extensive international HR, leadership and people development experience has spanned a range of roles from senior leadership, governance, operational board and management, to technical specialist and advisor.  Lee is a Chartered Member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and has built a strong reputation nationally for both her professional expertise and her abilities as a motivational speaker and facilitator.
