Ngawai Hamblin is a Support Worker at our Te Awamutu Service Centre and is described as having a positive nature, which reflects on her teammates and the people she supports. Ngawai has no hesitation in taking on extra responsibilities whenever required whether that be admin, developing clients’ annual plans or updating the database, she is flexible and will help where needed. No job is too big or too small for Ngawai, she is willing to give anything a go.
Ngawai is passionate about the organisation’s values and vision. She epitomises our value of Generosity of Spirit. Enrich+ vision is “A life like any other” and Ngawai willingly shares her ideas, learnings and experience from previous life experiences working with the aged and youth. She is a happy, trusting and respectful individual.
